heagroup.se sets no cookies, has no visitor analytics and loads no content from third parties. The site is delivered by Amazon Web Services (S3 in Stockholm and CloudFront), which may temporarily log technical data such as IP addresses to run and protect the service.
When you contact us
If you e-mail contact@heagroup.se, we process your name, your e-mail address and what you write in order to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep the correspondence as long as the conversation needs it, and after that only if it forms part of a contract or of the accounts, which have statutory retention periods. E-mail is handled by Google Workspace.

Recipients and transfers
We use Amazon Web Services for the website and Google Workspace for e-mail, as data processors. Both are US companies, so data may be transferred to the United States. This relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which both are certified, and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. Contact contact@heagroup.se. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
